Hi folks,

We live in a world where subscription-based models have been trending for years. Freemium is the term that you can use for free but limited features but if you upgrade to the next plan, you'll get access to huge features.

And there are definitely services that make our lives easier in life & work.

I'll share with you guys the list I've been using up til now πŸ˜†.

Glossary

  • βœ… => I'm using the paid subscription

  • πŸ“ => I'm using the freemium version

  • πŸ”₯ => Totally free

Software Development

  • βœ… IntelliJ: I've been a loyal customer for 4 years πŸ₯Ή Awesome IDE that I can use at work with any programming language.

  • βœ… Excalidraw: to draw the diagram (flows, approaches,...) like a real drawing with cool features πŸ₯°

    • Premium: store your drawing on cloud, folders, sharing, real-time collab,...
  • βœ… Laravel IDEA (IntelliJ plugin): cool helper for coding using Laravel framework, generating code, awesome code sniff,... πŸ€‘

  • βœ… TailwindUI: where I can access the state-of-the-art UI components, get ideas and work on my projects 😎 Additionally, they are shipping complete websites too.

    • This is actually a one-time purchase but yeah, I put it here πŸ˜…
  • βœ… Termius: to manage my SSHs in one place, strong security and super easy to use.

  • βœ… TablePlus: coolest database management tool with great features, UI/UX, and supporting a wide range of databases.

    • One-time purchase too but limited updates & support (only in 1 year)
  • βœ… GitHub PRO: not much to share but I have 4000-minute Action for my private repo & codespace 180-hour free.

  • πŸ”₯ DBNgin: bootup databases in second.

  • πŸ“ MailtrapIO: testing SMTP email without any local setup πŸ‘€

Others

  • βœ… Spotify: lol for listening to music while working πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

  • βœ… Vultr: my go-to cloud, I'm having 6 servers there 😎

  • βœ… Porkbun: my go-to domain registry, they are supporting a lot of TLDs and many are super cheap πŸ›‘οΈ

  • βœ… CloudFlare: my go-to DNS service, they offer great things like cache, CDN, workers,... which fasten up your website πŸš€

Ending

Hehe that's all, add a comment if you are using cool services so I could take a look and follow πŸ˜†

Thanks for reading & bye bye πŸ₯Ή
